Sports Injury & Pain Treatment in Brighton & Hove
With over 25 years’ experience treating a wide range of sports injuries, here’s a selection of the most common problems I see and treat every day in clinic.
Sports Injury & Pain Treatment in Brighton & Hove
I work with a wide range of people, from recreational exercisers to professional athletes across sports including Football, Dance, Golf, Rugby, Tennis, CrossFit, Hyrox, Swimming, MMA, Boxing, Running and Gymnastics. I'm a bit of a geek with any sport that requires acceleration, deceleration and turning direction at speed. Whether you’re training regularly or just trying to stay active, injuries can get in the way of doing what you enjoy.
Always expect a warm friendly welcome when you visit. Expect a good chat to help me get to speed on your injury to help fully understand where you are in your injury cycle. Being a huge advocate of hands on therapy, I'll always try to include time to treat as theres nothing better than some manual therapy. Expect some homework to be given too, nothing to extensive, just enough to help return you back to your best self in the comfort of your own home. Expect a text or two from me also to check in to see how you're progressing!
Book in today and let me show you how I can help.
